Put your product on a model or in a scene, and keep every pixel
Upload one product photo. AI builds the person, the room, the light and the shadow around it — the product itself is never redrawn.
A supplier white-background shot is enough. We cut the product out, then build the model or the scene around it.

What PicBarn is, in plain words
What PicBarn is
AI product photos for Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy sellers: put a product on a synthetic model or in a lifestyle scene, edit text in a photo keeping the font, recolour a product, and make A+ infographic images. The uploaded product pixels are never redrawn.
Who it is for
Independent e-commerce sellers and small brands on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy who have a supplier white-background photo and need the rest of the gallery without booking a shoot. Agencies producing listing images for several clients use the same account.
How it is priced
Credits, not a subscription: one credit is about US$0.25. A lifestyle scene is 3 credits for four candidates, a try-on 4 for four, a text edit or recolour 2 per image, an infographic 1 per image. New accounts get 5 free credits; failed runs are refunded; exports are free.
- Virtual try-on: garment or accessory onto a synthetic model from a 12-persona library
- AI product photography: lifestyle scenes generated around the untouched product
- Edit text in a photo: retype a detected line in the original font and finish
- Recolor: change the colour of a named part, texture and lighting kept
- Infographic: Amazon A+ callouts, feature grids and hero banners with exact text
- Platform exports: Amazon 2000×2000, Shopify 2048×2048, TikTok Shop 1:1 and 3:4, Etsy 2000×1600
Model and scene photos in three steps
Detecting product · cutting out…01Upload your product photo
Drop a JPG, PNG or WebP. The product is detected and cut out; its pixels are locked from here on.

White background→Kitchen countertop
Flat lay→On model
02Pick a scene or a model
Choose a room from the scene library or a synthetic model with the body type and pose you want. Light and shadow are tuned per scene.

Every run returns four candidates. Drag the divider: only the surroundings changed. Export at Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop or Etsy sizes.

A A product photo studio that keeps your product
Model photos and lifestyle scenes from one picture. The product is composited, never redrawn — labels, textures and colours stay exactly as photographed.
Detect and cut out the product automatically
Drop a supplier white-background shot. The product is found, cut out and its pixels are locked before anything is generated.

Frequently asked questions
Do you change my product?
No. The product is cut out and composited; only the model, scene, light and shadow are generated. Labels, colours and textures stay as photographed.
What does it cost?
Credits. A lifestyle scene is 3 credits and an on-model photo is 4 credits, each producing four candidates. Packs start at $19 for 70 credits; every new account gets 5 free credits.
Which platforms do you export for?
Amazon (incl. the pure-white main image), Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy, at each platform's recommended size.
Are the models real people?
No. The model library is synthetic and licensed for commercial listing use.
What input photo works best?
A sharp photo on a plain background with the product filling at least half the frame. PNG cut-outs skip the background-removal step.
Can I use the images on Amazon?
Yes. The product is your own photo, so the listing shows the real item. Export the main image on pure white and the lifestyle images for the gallery.
